The Compuprint MDP 40 family printers can handle various media such as rigid forms, special formats, passbooks, passports, cheques, continuous paper, variable thickness forms and multi-part documents.

The straight and horizontal paper path allows reliable feeding of the different formats, coupled with a simple operator panel makes the MDP 40 simple and easy to use.

Compatibility with most software environments is in-built using industry standard emulations and it is exceptionally compact (W x D = 39 x 32 cm).

Resident advanced features include

	Automatic alignment, allowing the operator easy document insertion.
	Auto border detection, provides auto-detection of sheets border to guarantee the correct form is printed on without operator intervention.
	Automatic Gap Adjustment, giving excellent print quality regardless of media thickness.
